RESERVING A PUPPY
Once we have talked and have decided that an Apple Creek Doodle will be the perfect addition for your
family you can then fill out our Puppy Application. I am sure we will both have questions for each other that
we will discuss prior to you filling out my application, my application has a few questions about my policies and
is really more for me to have all your information in one spot. Once your application has been submitted, you
can then make your $200 deposit to be added to our waiting list for a upcoming litter or to hold a puppy
from a current litter, that link is located at the bottom of our application page.

We require a non-refundable deposit of $200 before anyone can be added to a waiting list. Deposits will
only be refunded if the litter that you have your deposit on doesn't take or there isn't enough puppies
available in that litter once they are born, you are welcome to transfer your deposit to another litter but I
don't expect people to wait if I don't have other puppies available. Deposits are not returned for
preference on sex or color. You will have the choice to move your deposit to another upcoming litter if you
wish to wait for a specific sex or color. You may also choose to leave your deposit with us to be added to a
wait list for future litters. All puppies are picked in the order of deposits, first deposit gets first pick.
**Please note that Apple Creek Doodles will have first pick from any litter that may have a suitable puppy
for breeding if they so choose.**

Here at Apple Creek were are very hands on when it comes to raising and socializing our puppies. I know
everything there is to know about my puppies personalities, coat types and can accurately estimate their
adult sizes so you don't get a 100lb doodle when you wanted a 30lb doodle. I do not work outside the home
so I am here all day with the pups so we can play all day and learn lots of fun stuff. It will be your choice
what puppy you pick, I will give you my advice and accurate descriptions of each puppy. Since I am around
the puppies from birth and am aware of their personalities I can suggest which puppy will fit into the
lifestyle of your family but ultimately you will choose which puppy you want based on my opinions or yours.


VISITORS POLICY
Families often ask to visit Apple Creek and meet our dogs. There is no easy response to this request
because we understand your desire to see, first hand, where our dogs are housed and how they are cared
for. We know that you would like to meet the puppies before you bring one home to become part of your
families. However, our visitor policy is limited to those with deposits who have reserved a puppy. Due to the
prevalence of and easily spread Parvo virus we are no longer accepting visitors to our home except for the
families with deposits and only during scheduled puppy pickup times. At this time you will be able to meet
mom and dad and will be welcomed into our home where the puppies are raised. If for any reason you are not
happy with the puppy, the parents or the environment in which they are raised, we will offer you a full refund
of all money paid up to that point and in no way should you feel obligated to keep/take the puppy. **Please
take note that picking your puppy happen at the same time you pick up. I feel is safer for the puppies so they
don't need to be exposed to outside contaminants any more than is necessary. I will not make arrangements
for anyone to come out and visit the puppies before the puppies are ready to be picked up and taken home,
please be respectful of my decisions.   

PUPPY PICK UP POLICY
Raising puppies is fun but it is also a lot of work, to keep our lives sane, I have decided I will not be able to
keep puppies once they are of age to go to their new families. Our family plans are scheduled around litters
so when they are ready I need them to be picked up on time so it doesn't interfere with our family life. I
will no longer keep puppies (those that have been pre sold with a deposit) for weeks after they are ready to
go. I feel the early age is very important for you to bond with your new puppy. I will only accept deposits
from those who plan to pick up when the pups are ready to go. Otherwise you will need to wait for a later
litter or find a breeder with a litter better suited for your schedule. Typically deposits are received way
before litters are even born, that gives you plenty of time to plan for when your puppy will need to be
picked up and you can spend those special first days bonding with your new puppy. Puppies can go home
between 7-8 weeks old....all pups that are reserved must be picked up no later than 4 days after they turn
8 weeks old.
