All of our puppies are sold with the following---
*26-month written health warranty for genetic health disorders. Read my 26 Month Warranty
*Copies of their fathers AKC 4 Generation Pedigree, AKC Registration Certificate, CKC Registration
Certificate, OFA Hip Certificate, OFA Elbow Certificate, OFA Patella Certificate, OFA Cardiac
Certificate, OFA Thyroid Certificate, CERF Eye Certificate, Pawsitive ID Disease Screening
Certificate(if available), PRA Certificate.
*Copies of their Mothers AKC Pedigree (3-5 generations), AKC Registration Certificate, CKC Registration
Certificate, OFA or Penn Hip Certificate, OFA Elbow Certificate, OFA Cardiac Certificate, CERF Eye
Certificate, OFA Thyroid Certificate, OFA Patellas Certificate, Pawsitive ID Disease Screening
Certificate(if available), PRA Certificate.
*Some moms may only be CKC Registered (i.e-Doodles)
*A sample of the puppy food that they are currently eating.
*A furry, fuzzy sheepskin squeaky toy that has been with mom and litter mates so your puppy can have
familiar scents when he/she leaves my home and joins yours.
*CKC Limited Registration (No Breeding Rights). All puppies are sold on a strict, signed Spay/Neuter
agreement. Breeding of our dogs without a signed breeding contract and our acceptance is not allowed.
Breeding rights may be available to established breeders only. Please contact me for more information and
pricing for Full registration, breeders guarantee and limitations contract. Puppy purchase price and fees
for breeding rights are due in full at the time of purchase.
*First Immunization booster shot, provides protection against-
(Canine Distemper-Adenovirus Type 2-Coronavirus-Hepatitis-Parainfluenza-Parvovirus)
your puppies next immunization booster shot will be due at the age of 9 weeks.
* I administer all puppy vaccinations myself-one of the many things I learn working at a Kennel that also
raised puppies!, you will be provided the shot labels to show your vet what your puppy was given and when
it was given*
*Microchip-* I implant the microchips myself, they are from the company Microchip Solutions INC (M4S)
I microchip all the pups from every litter when they are 3 weeks old. M4S does not charge you to register
the microchip or if you ever have to change the information there are also no fees. Here is their website
for more information M4S INC. I have all the paperwork necessary for you to send in to register your
puppies microchip or you can do it online. Each puppy is implanted with the chip in the shoulder blade area,
each microchip number is linked with the metal doggy tag attached to your puppies collar, keep this on at
all times so if your puppy is found it's easy to see he is microchiped.
*Bi-weekly wormings - 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of age with Strongid-T and Safeguard brand wormer.
*Removal of Dew Claws, this is done at 3 days old.
*A brand new collar will be on your puppy at the time of pickup, it's usually too hard for owners to buy
just the right size collar without seeing the puppy so I will provide this for them and you.
*Lifetime training support.
*We require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the puppy of your choice.
*The remaining balance is due at 5 weeks old if you want to pay with a personal check or you can pay at
the time you pick up your puppy if you will be paying in cash (preferred), cashiers check or money order-
NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF PICKUP.
