Conditions of Sale: Buyer has three (3) days to have a “wellness exam” performed on their puppy –
please see the attached contract for explanation of that warranty.
Genetic Health Warranty – (26 months): Apple Creek Doodles warrants the health of this puppy until he/she reaches the age of 26 months
against genetic defects specific to this breed. Genetic defects that qualify for reimbursement are those related to hip, elbow, eye, patella
(knees) and heart. Any and all claims must provide documentation of said genetic disorder from those who are specialists of that condition,
such as - official OFA rating for hips, elbows and patella (knees), canine Ophthalmologist for eyes and Cardiologist for heart. If surgery is
required Apple Creek Doodles is to be notified before any procedures are performed, all surgery costs relating to this warranty must be
provided as proof before reimbursement will be made. Apple Creek Doodles will require a written statement from the buyers veterinarian for
any claims that are related to hip, elbow or patella (knees), stating that the dog has not overweight for its height/structure, has not been
involved in any physical trauma and has received regular check-ups. In the rare case of death under 2 years of age, the puppy will be
replaced free of charge if a necropsy has been performed and has been documented that the death was the results of a genetic issue. This
contract does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals, physical injuries or issues whose cause is
unknown or may have an environmental link.
Reimbursement Options: - Option #1 - A replacement puppy of same value from our next available litter, if you choose a puppy that costs
more then you will be responsible to pay the difference in price.
Option #2: Monetary reimbursement which covers up to 100% of your purchase price. *You do not have to return your original puppy to use
this warranty. If shipping is needed that cost will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Proof of spay/neuter by 7 months old must accompany any request for warranty reimbursement.
*In the rare case of an undiagnosed ongoing issue, no reimbursements will be made without the return of the puppy to the seller. The seller
will take on all veterinary care that the puppy needs and offer the buyer a full refund or replacement puppy from their next available litter.
Companion Pet Spay/Neuter Agreement: The breeding of our dogs without a written breeding contract signed by both parties is not an
option. Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting for another individual in the purchase of this dog. It is understood that the dog being sold to be
a companion pet only and is not being sold with breeding rights. Seller agrees that this puppy will be spayed/neutered at the appropriate age
of 5-7 months old and veterinarian confirmation of this procedure must be supplied to the breeder. If verification of spay neuter is not
provided to breeder by 8 months of age, the guarantee provided with this contract is null and void and will result in litigation in St. Clair County
Michigan court for the amount of $3600 for breach of contract.
Training and Temperament: Buyer understands that all puppies exhibit certain undesirable behaviors (nipping, chewing, jumping etc). Buyer
is responsible for appropriate training of puppy to correctly teach acceptable behaviors, and is responsible for proper socialization of puppy.
Buyer agrees to provide proper training no later than 16 weeks of age and continue with training as long as necessary to establish a solid
foundation for a well socialized puppy. Training may be done independently or through professional trainers. No one can guarantee the future
temperament of a dog due to environmental influences, improper training, lack of socialization, neglect or abuse. Therefore we do not warrant
such.
Full and Final Agreement: The parties agree that this writing represents the entire agreement between them and that no other
representations, either oral or written have been made regarding the dog described above. Replacement or other remedies may be
negotiated by the parties on a case by case basis. Any agreement beyond this contract must be in writing, dated, agreed to, and signed by
both the Buyer and Seller. All refunds are cumulative and once the full purchase price of the puppy has been refunded to buyer, for whatever
cause, the warranties expire and Seller has no further monetary obligation to Buyer.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Michigan, in the county of
St. Clair.

We the seller, guarantee that at the time of delivery, this puppy is in good general health with no visible physical defects
and fit for sale. Before leaving our home each of our puppies will have been individually examined by our Veterinarian.
Each puppy will have had a complete physical exam which consists of an evaluation of their heart, teeth, ears, eyes and
patellas(knees). Each puppy/litter will have at least one fecal exam before leaving as well.
Wellness Exam:
Buyer has three (3) days from the date of possession to have a “wellness exam” performed on their puppy. No shots will
be due at this time. This exam is to verify that the puppy was received in good health and no underlying major medical
issues were presented at the time of the exam. If any issues are found during the exam and within the three (3) day
warranty period that require medical treatment(s), the seller will reimburse the buyer for any medications required to treat
ailments which are presented and documented during the wellness exam period. Worms, coccidia and giardia must be
confirmed via stool check and not just assumed. Veterinary records/bills are required by seller before any
reimbursements will be issued and must be dated within this three day period.
We do everything possible to keep our puppies healthy and we want you to be happy with your purchase. That is why we
go above and beyond other breeder’s health warranties and will cover the presence of worms, giardia, coccidia, ear
infections and eye infections if diagnosed and documented within the time of the three (3) day health warranty period.
We have placed an upper limit price cap on medication costs based on local Veterinary charges to protect us from vets
that price gouge. These prices are as follows-
Worm medicine – will reimburse for medicine prescribed up to $15
Coccidia medicine – will reimburse for medicine prescribed up to $15
Giardia medicine – will reimburse for medicine prescribed up to $15
Ear medicine – will reimburse for medicine prescribed up to $15
Eye Medicine – will reimburse for medicine prescribed up to $15
Any of the above medications will only be reimbursed for the first initial treatment as additional occurrences are out of
our control once puppies leave our premises. Let me stress that it is in no way normal that any of our puppies would
require any of the above treatments but I want you to be covered just in case.
The Buyer has three (3) days from the time of delivery to have their puppy examined by a Veterinarian. Any request to
return the puppy to the Seller for a full refund must be made within this time period and may only be requested should the
puppy prove to be sick upon arrival. Proof of examination must be provided. Seller is not responsible for any
reimbursements not related to congenital or hereditary defects after the 3 day health warranty period. This includes but is
not limited to intestinal infections, re occurrence of worms, coccidia or giardia.
Supplemental health insurance for your puppy is available, at your cost, through many different companies. Pet Health
Insurance can cover expenses you may incur over and above the warranty provided. Please look over this site for pet
